I have an idea for our team that could keep the squad from getting overflowed, AND prevent enemy espionage (I.e. they help friends raid your base by killing all of your defenders).
First, one of us should divert resources towards an FOB with empty storage crates, and several unimportant troops.
Now, let's say /u/PrettyGoodOcelot want to join Team Phantom Pain, he'd have to infiltrate this test base and "steal" the required amount of goods. If he performs this operation successfully without killing soldiers or stealing the improper amount of crates, he will get accepted into TPP.
If any of you agree with this idea, I'll post it on /r/RSF.

I like it. The only thing is that we wouls need to have someone willing to host a test FOB on each console.
Also I like your profile picture. I like ma dank may mays.

@flying Narwhal
I'll try to make the exam base for PS4, we might be able to find volunteers on other consoles. I guess we still don't know too much about the FOB in the game, and if one can choose to raid a certain base.
( glad you like my profile pic, some people think its just 2spooky *sitcom laugh track* )

I don't like this idea. Having entrance exams makes it seem too serious. I realize that we're meant to protect people, and we have to have standards, but this is a little too much. If we get someone who's a weaker player (like me), that would like to participate but can't because they're not good enough, we become a little too elitist.
In regards to the espionage, we could handle it, or even contact another team, like Team Acid or Team Snake Eater. That is, after all, what we're here for.
I do like the idea of a practice FOB. That's a good idea. That way, we can practice without having to mess up on real missions.

OrangebanannaXGood point, but by just attempting the challenge shows us an example of your skills and that you are willing to try hard for the alliance. I've also thought about suggesting a practice base as we could train up our new recruits. I don't think we need this exam right now, but we might need it in the future. Maybe if a new recruit fails the test, they are able to try again for an infinite amount of times? Edit: I guess it would make us a little elitist, but this exam would only be for R-Team Phantom Pain rather than all of RSF.
